Prices sometimes change as the costs of providing our customers with energy changes. When rates change, they don’t just affect CovaU customers – most energy providers in the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland and South Australia will be changing their prices at the same time, because costs of supplying energy continue to become more expensive.
