If your closed CovaU account is in credit, you can apply for a refund. Simply fill out the form below, and we’ll ensure your refund is processed promptly.

How We Refund Your Credit
  • Validation: The details provided (Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Account Number) must match the information on the closed account. Inaccurate or mismatched details will result in the inability to process the refund.
  • SMS Verification: Upon Validation, you will receive an SMS to confirm your request. The refund will only be processed if you respond to this SMS.
  • Processing Time: If your details are successfully validated and the SMS reply is received, your refund will be processed within 5 - 10 business days.
  • Failed Validation: If the account does not pass validation, you will be notified via SMS, and the refund request will not be processed.
