How We Refund Your Credit
  • If you have set up direct debit using a bank account, we will refund to that same bank account.
  • If you paid via Australia Post, cheque, credit card, or Centrepay (or if your original bank account is no longer valid) please select the checkbox below, and we’ll contact you within 5 business days.
