These Referral Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the referral program (“Program”) offered by CovaU (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Program.
1. ELIGIBILITY:
1.1 To be eligible for the Program, you must be a current customer of CovaU.
1.2 You can refer anyone who are not current customers of CovaU.
1.3 Referrers and referees must be legal residents of the applicable jurisdiction where CovaU provides its services.
2. REFERRAL REWARD:
2.1 For each successful switch referred by you, both you (the referrer) and the person you referred (the referee) will receive either a $50 credit to your CovaU account or a $50 eftpos gift card, as determined by CovaU at its sole discretion.
2.2 A “successful switch” is defined as the referee signing up to a residential electricity offer from CovaU and completing the switch process, as determined by CovaU.
2.3 Referral rewards will be processed and delivered in accordance with CovaU’s standard procedures, and any applicable gift card terms and conditions.
3. PARTICIPATION AND REFERRAL PROCESS:
3.1 To participate, you must use the referral link provided by CovaU to refer.
3.2 The referee must sign up to a residential electricity offer from CovaU using the provided referral link to be eligible for the reward.
4. LIMITS AND RESTRICTIONS:
4.1 You may not refer yourself, create multiple accounts, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
4.2 CovaU reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any participant’s eligibility for the Program at its sole discretion, without notice.
5. PRIVACY:
5.1 By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with CovaU’s Privacy Policy.
