Concessions vary by state and card type. To add an eligible concession card to your account, your concession card name and address must match your CovaU account name and address. You can’t add someone else’s concession card to your account.
If you sent us a completed concession form or contacted us and the card did not go through, you can check if you have an eligible card in our concessions page.
If you believe your card is eligible and still won’t go through, we suggest you contact the government department that issued the card. You can also find their contact details on our concession page.
An SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number on your account if concession validation fails or it is not provided initially. Thus, make sure that the number on your account is active and updated.
