Occasionally, your bill may be when your meter may be faulty or there is no clear access to your meter. Any estimate read will be issued by your network and be based on your previous consumption over the last 12 months.
To ensure accurate meter readings and billing:
- Keep entrances to the meter area clear and accessible.
- Maintain the meter surroundings free from damage or obstruction.
- Ensure adequate lighting for easy meter reading.
If you have a deemed meter you are eligible to submit a self read. Simply take a photo of your meter with a date/time stamp, and submit your meter reading here.
