Electricity meters are critical to ensuring accurate billing and safe energy supply to your property. From time to time, you may need work done on your meter—whether it’s installing a new one, upgrading an existing setup, or removing a meter entirely.
These types of services sometimes involve more than just replacing equipment. Additional technical work may be required to meet safety standards, ensure compliance with local regulations, or resolve issues identified on-site. When that happens, extra fees may apply.
When arranging changes to your electricity meter—such as installation, removal or upgrades—some extra work may be required to ensure the site is safe and meets regulatory standards. These tasks are carried out by our authorised Metering Service Providers, and any associated fees are passed on to you.
